Both are very stable platforms, easy to paddle, with exceptional tracking due to the three removable hard fins on the bottom. When the boards are inflated to 15 psi they are rigid, lightweight, extremely durable, with the performance of a hardboard. The Waterwalker is both beginner-friendly and fun for beginner/intermediate/advanced paddlers. These boards offer great weight capacities, and can easily accommodate a paddler and their gear. Both paddle boards feature DOUBLE LAYER construction with TRIPLE/QUAD Military Grade PVC coatings on the deck and side. The paddle boards come packed in the Thurso Surf roller backpack with comfortable shoulder straps. They are easily transported in the trunk of a car, on a boat, or stowed away in the back seat. OUR VESSEL

We have an 18.5 ft Alaskan Lund with a Center console and a 115 hp Yamaha 4 stroke motor. This is a very reliable boat and is a very stable platform but yet small enough to get into those hard to reach places and go ashore. The vessel travels with 4 adults and gear at an average speed of 40 km/hr which makes most places near Prince Rupert accessible within a day trip. After departure Work Channel is approximately 45-1 hr travel, and Eddie Passage is approximately 30-45 minutes. Both of these locations are ideal spots for further adventures including kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. The boat is an open style vessel with a aluminum roof top. Proper attire is highly recommended.
